NAVI Reverse Sweep PARIVISION 2-1 to Reach IEM Beijing Semi-Finals

Natus Vincere beat PARIVISION 2-1 on Friday in the first quarter-final of Intel Extreme Masters Beijing 2026. NAVI lost the opening map, Mirage, 16-14 in overtime, then took Inferno 13-9 and Ancient 13-10 to reach the semi-finals of the Counter-Strike 2 tournament in Beijing.

A repeat meeting with a different ending

The result reverses a meeting from four weeks earlier, when PARIVISION knocked NAVI out of ESL Pro League Season 24. NAVI reached the playoffs in Beijing through the lower bracket after a 1-2 loss against FURIA in the group stage. The win gives NAVI a first playoff run in China since April 2019.

Mirage slips away in overtime

PARIVISION took the opener behind Dzhami Jame Ali, who finished Mirage 25-15 after opening four rounds of the first half without losing a duel. NAVI answered on the CT side and won nine of ten rounds back, then took an overtime round through Aleksib. PARIVISION still closed the map, winning 16-14 in overtime.

w0nderful turns the series on Inferno

NAVI fell 0-4 down on Inferno and trailed 7-2 before winning the last three rounds of the half. Ihor w0nderful Zhdanov finished the map 18-7 with 80.6 ADR and 86.4 percent KAST, the best map of the series by any player, and NAVI won Inferno 13-9 to level the series.

"I felt this graveyard atmosphere on TeamSpeak, and I was thinking, no way, now it can really crumble, but we ended up winning that one crucial round after losing 0-4, and as soon as we won that one round, I started to hear people on TeamSpeak," NAVI in-game leader Aleksi Aleksib Virolainen said on the ESL broadcast after the match.

PARIVISION coach dastan pointed to the same stretch of Inferno. "On Inferno I think we lost control after 7-2 and decisions was bad," he said after the match.

Ancient closes the comeback

On the decider, Abay HObbit Khassenov hit a Tec-9 ace out of mid for PARIVISION and finished the map 17-15. Valeriy b1t Vakhovskiy went 20-13 with 88.8 ADR for NAVI, who closed Ancient 13-10 to complete the comeback. Across the series, w0nderful finished 64-41 with 85.2 ADR, 85.3 percent KAST and a 1.54 rating, the best figures of the series.

"I'm feeling amazing. I'm just enjoying to play here," w0nderful said at the stage after the match.

The MongolZ wait in the semi-final

NAVI play The MongolZ in the semi-final on Saturday at 07:30 CET. PARIVISION leave Beijing in fifth to sixth place. The second quarter-final, FURIA against BetBoom, was scheduled from 11:50 CET on Friday, with a semi-final against MOUZ for the winner.
