Louisville beat Georgia Tech 44-17 at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta on Saturday night, November 7, 2026, a fourth straight win that gave head coach Jeff Brohm the 100th victory of his career. Lincoln Kienholz completed 17 of 25 passes for 182 yards with touchdown passes to Tre Richardson and Treyshun Hurry, and added 81 rushing yards. Louisville improved to 6-3 overall and 5-2 in the ACC.
First half control
Louisville took control before halftime. Kienholz threw both of his touchdown passes in the first half, hitting Richardson and Hurry. Richardson finished the night with two touchdowns, the second on a 52-yard scoring run on an end around. By the break Louisville had outgained Georgia Tech 305-141, and the Yellow Jackets had netted just three rushing yards in the first half.
The rushing edge held up the game plan. Isaac Brown scored his 10th touchdown of the season on an 11-yard run in the third quarter. Louisville have scored at least 34 points in all four games of this winning streak and at least 27 points in all nine games this season. The attack produced points in every phase of the night and left Georgia Tech chasing the game from the first half on.
Georgia Tech rotate quarterbacks, slide continues
Georgia Tech rotated quarterbacks Alberto Mendoza and Grady Adamson during the game in an attempt to spark their offense. It did not change the result. The Yellow Jackets fell to 2-7 overall and 1-5 in the ACC, lost their third straight game, and will finish below .500 for the first time since 2022.
Bowl eligibility and the ACC race
The win clinched bowl eligibility for Louisville for the sixth consecutive season, and it was Louisville's first victory at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Louisville stay in contention for the ACC Championship Game at 5-2 in the conference. Brohm's milestone came on the road, in a game his team controlled in total yards, on the ground and on the scoreboard from the first half.
Louisville next play at North Carolina on November 14. Georgia Tech next play at Clemson. For Louisville, the trip south produced a milestone win for their coach, a sixth win that secures a bowl place, and a fourth straight result that keeps their conference title hopes alive into the middle of November. For Georgia Tech, the questions sit at quarterback and on the ground, where three rushing yards in a half at home set the tone for a long night.
